Hydrafacial will benefit everyone but is not recommended if you are currently pregnant and have not had the treatment done before, if you are going through any active cancer treatment, if you have extremely thin skin, if you are using any steroid cream in the treatment area or if you are anaphylactically allergic to shellfish, honey or aspirin.
Hydrafacial contains peptides which are the proteins that make up collagen (needed to keep skin strong and reduce wrinkle depth). Hyaluronic acid is also infused into the skin to deeply hydrate and plump it out. By having a HydraFacial done monthly as advised, your skin cycles are manually renewed every month like they do when your skin is much younger, so it gets the skin to work in a way that it did when it was younger.
After the treatment it is possible to experience some mild flaking / peeling from the acids used and some may experience a mild purge of spots. This is a normal response to the treatment and is usually over one week after your treatment which is when you really start to see the long term benefits.

Yes, because we properly prepare the pores by softening them at the peel stage extractions are easy! We use a combination of machine based extraction using the purging technology with manual extraction to clear large stubborn blackheads. Skin is left smooth and decongested.
Yes, preferably 24 hours after but it can be applied the same day if you are having it done for an event.
Avoid acids and retinoids for a minimum of 24 hours prior to treatment.
Your skin may be a bit pink following the treatment due the stimulation, this normally subsides within 30 minutes. Overall your skin will feel deep cleaned and will be left looking extremely glowy.
